How to Request Data Deletion

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by Grand Gather Registry.

Methods to Submit a Request

You may request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

  1. Email: Send an email to info@grandgatherregistry.co.za with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. WhatsApp: Send a message to +27 61 391 1942 requesting data deletion.
  3. Contact Form: Visit our Contact page and submit a data deletion request.

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days, as required by POPIA. You will receive confirmation once your data has been permanently deleted from our systems.
